30-day money-back guarantee

Every new Family Plan starts with a 30-day free trial. If you are charged and you are not happy, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your receipt email. You can also contact us through the app and we will help.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel later, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
