SaySign is provided by Noetica Apps LLC ("we", "us"). When you use SaySign you are entering into an agreement with Noetica Apps LLC. By continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
SaySign teaches American Sign Language through animated hand lessons, family games and stained-glass artwork rewards. Starter lessons and the alphabet are free. The Family Plan unlocks the full library.
Your account
You must be of legal age to create an account, or have a parent or guardian create and manage it for you. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse SaySign. This includes:
- Using the service for anything unlawful
- Fraud, spam or impersonating others
- Infringing anyone's intellectual property
- Interfering with security, including uploading malware, probing for weaknesses or scraping the service
- Reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service
Ownership
Noetica Apps LLC owns SaySign and all of its software, lessons, artwork, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
We work hard to keep SaySign running well, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. When access ends you may ask us to delete your account data.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will let you know in the app.
